Perry Botkin Jr., the prolific movie and Tv set composer, arranger and producer known for his themes to Joyful Times, Mork and Mindy and The Youthful and the Restless — a tune endlessly related with famed Olympic gymnast Nadia Comăneci — has died. He was 87.

Botkin died Monday at Providence Saint Joseph Health care Centre in Burbank, his publicist announced. No lead to of loss of life was offered.
