UNPLUG: Chillin’ at the River, one of the free concerts sponsored by the city of Covington in public spaces, is planned March 17 — St. Patrick’s Day — with Four Unplugged, a six-piece party band with an eclectic repertoire of music, from rock ‘n’ roll, funk and Motown, to singalongs and even Mardi Gras tunes. The two-hour concert begins at 5:15 p.m. in Bogue Falaya Wayside Park, 213 Park Drive in Covington.
