The clip, which has been viewed 2.4 million times on TikTok since December 14, shows a blonde woman in a McDonald’s uniform standing in front of the fry station with her left hand down the back of her trousers, exposing her underwear.
When the person filming asks for his food, the woman removes her hand, uses it to scoop up some fries, and hands them over to him with an annoyed expression.

It seems that the clip was imagined as a joke or prank, and the person filming isn’t a real customer — but Kelsey’s actions in sticking her hands down her trousers during a shift, and then using that hand to touch the French fry station, are all real.
