Oti Mabuse will thrill audiences by dancing a “heart-wrenchingly beautiful” waltz with her husband as she begins her first tour.
Before the former Strictly star and Marius Lepure opened last night in Cardiff, a source said: “The two of them are just electric on stage.
“The frisson is off the chart. You can’t keep your eyes off them.”
Oti, 31, met Romanian Marius, 39, in Germany and they married in 2014.
She has said: “Marius was my first dance partner in Germany. He’s been my rock, my anchor and my support.
“Every time I thought I couldn’t do something he was the one who was like, ‘Get up. You absolutely can’.”

Last month the Mirror revealed that Oti’s I am Here tour was to be in direct competition with Strictly’s The Professionals show.
Both will be at different venues in Cardiff tomorrow.
Oti’s show, with one stunning gold out-fit devised by Strictly costume designer Vicky Gill, is described as a “whirlwind celebration of the inspirations that took her on a journey from growing up in South Africa to following her dream”.
In February the dancer announced she was leaving Strictly after seven years as a professional.
Her tour was announced before she stepped down but was delayed because of the pandemic.
She said: “Performing on stage is something I feel so passionately about and I can’t wait to get out on the road.”
